Tourist Tax is not included: € 3.50 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) and must be paid cash at check-in. Kids under 10 do not pay tourist tax.
If you come by car, there are quite a few free parking spots (white stripes). There are also toll parking (blue stripes: € 1/hour – € 4 for 8 hours – € 70 per 1 month – FREE for hybrid and electric vehicles).
There are also available private parking garages close to the apartment, keep in mind that the fee is often strictly connected to the vehicle size. If interested in such arrangements, please let us know before your arrival date, so we can check availability and costs.
Pets are welcome, within certain limits (1 dog or cat, as long as the pet is well educated). Upon request we can supply pet accessories for your dog. The neighborhood has a quite a few public gardens in proximity where dogs are welcome (please do NOT let them do their things in the common garden). When you walk your pet, please always collect their dejections. Not only is a matter of personal responsibility, but it is also the law. For dogs, especially if they are often barking, please do not leave them alone for long periods of time. Local laws allow dogs to go, if leashed and muzzled, almost everywhere, we can supply you with all the information you may need.
Beds and couches are not meant for animals, so please refrain for having your pet jump and/or sleep over them.
If you travel with a pet we will require an extra one-time cleaning fee of € 30 that must be paid at check-in (next guests may have allergies).
The whole apartment and the building common space – except for the garden -, are smoke free. If you smoke, please use the outer garden where you can find benches for sitting and enjoy your smoke. Please do NOT throw cigarette on the ground.
The building is quiet, please do your best to keep it that way, avoiding loud noises. Between 1:30PM and 4PM and after 11PM please be extra careful (turn down your music and TV volume, don’t walk with “loud shoes”, etc.).
All the lighting in the apartment is LED based and eco-friendly. Still, we ask that you do not leave lights and other electrical appliances turned on and unattended while.
We also ask you not to leave the windows open and to always lock the door. You will have your own keys so please do not buzz the other residents.
In the neighborhood recyclying is mandatory. You will find in the kitchen 4 separate bins for: paper, metal and plastic, organic and indifferentiated waste. In the apartment you will find exact instructions about how to handle the garbage.
When you leave, check if you have unused bus tickets, unused (sealed) food or any other thing that you think may be useful to the next guests, feel free to leave them in the apartment. A short note for the next guest, so they know who left them the freebies, may be a nice to write, too.
