Reservations:
Upon receiving availability confirmation, it’s possible to confirm the reservation with a down payment by Bank Transfer.
Nota bene, all the charges are at your expense.
The down payment must be paid within 14 days before the arrival date and it is at least the 30% of the entire amount.
The reservation will be effective only when the exact amount of the payment will be received.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of your advance payment will be refund.
14 days or less before the arranged arrival date and in case of non-arrival on the day (no-show), the down payment will be retained in its entirety.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, no refund will be made and the whole period will be charged for.
On Check-in:
Upon arrival, guests must:
– Pay in full for their stay
– Pay the final cleaning fee: € 50
– Pay the Tourist Tax (€ 5.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights – kids under 10 do not pay tourist tax)
– Supply the Security Deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
– Pay – if applies – Late or Very-Late check-in
– Pay all the extras agreed upon
On Check-out:
When leaving, guests are required to:
– Clean up the apartment and left reasonably clean like it was found
– Do the dishes
– Empty and clean up the fridge
– Dispose of garbage and any food residual
– Remove sheets, pillow cases and covers
– Sign the Guest Book (we’d love to hear from you)
Methods of payment:
Cash, only in Euro (€). We do not accept Bank Checks and Credit Cards.
Damages:
Accidents can happen. If you break something, please let us know immediately. Costs for replacement or repair will be subtracted from your security deposit. In the apartment there is also an inventory which shows the value of the goods in order to know in advance the possible deduction from the security deposit.
If something breaks or is malfunctioning, please inform us as soon as possible so we can immediately fix them in the shortest possible time, for your comfort.
